St Orans won both golds in Year 8 Girls at the AIMS Games orienteering on Monday/Tuesday. Emily Williams won the sprint by over three minutes, and with Eden Morriss they cleared the rogaine course with 9 minutes to spare. Only three teams across all grades managed that!
Not so happy was Joshua Holden of Newlands Intermediate, who seriously cut a tendon in his hand prior to taking part. He was due to have surgery on Tuesday, and will need hand therapy to regain the movement in his fingers.
