OHV members contributed to a kiwi win over Australia in MTB-Orienteering at the weekend. Both countries were even in the first two events, but an emphatic 7-1 victory in the Middle Distance on Saturday set up a strong platform for the final event yesterday. In spite of DSQs resulting from entering hard-to-see out of bounds areas, winning 3 classes was enough for the 18-14 result. The events were held around Brisbane. OHV team members were Rachel and Liam Drew, Nicola Mitchell, Glen Warner and Michael Wood. Nixon and Sherlock Drew also took part in non-challenge classes. Detailed results here.
